The MECHITRONIC Group, of which ERMO is part, continues its international expansion with the integration of two fast-growing companies in the Americas: Apex Machine Company (United States) and RK Ferramentaria (Brazil).
This strategic milestone strengthens the group’s global presence and reinforces its expertise in packaging technologies, tooling, and advanced industrial solutions.
A strategic expansion in the Americas
With these new additions:
- Apex Machine Company, based in Fort Lauderdale, brings recognized expertise in pretreatment, printing, quality control, and downstream automation
- RK Ferramentaria, located in Curitiba, stands out for its expertise in high-speed injection mold manufacturing

Founded in 2005, RK Ferramentaria is today celebrating more than 20 years of expertise in:
