ERMO joins MECHITRONIC to become a leading European player

Under the impetus of Maurizio DELNEVO, ERMO has experienced strong growth in recent years, branching out into China and the Americas. 

Wishing to accelerate its growth, contacts have been made with industrial partners in the same field of activity, with the aim of becoming a much larger group and offering all types of solutions to major principals.

MECHITRONIC, an industrial holding company and federator of medium-sized companies, is pleased to announce the acquisition of ERMO, to strengthen its offering by creating a molding division.

By integrating MECHITRONIC, ERMO consolidates its leadership in Europe and is part of a collective growth dynamic. 

The complementary nature of the Group's businesses and expertise will enable it to offer a complete range of customized solutions for leading-edge industries. (special machines, injection molds...)
The MECHITRONIC group comprises more than 6 entities, and each company in the group maintains its own identity and organization. 
ERMO is the largest moldmaker to join the group, alongside Bettinelli Fratelli S.p.A , Union Officine Meccaniche, Groupe Alci, Groupe Neyret and SMP.
